Ram Mohan retired as a Chief Manager, Karur Vysya Bank, Asset Recovery Management Branch, Chennai. He held positions like Functional Line-Branch Manager and Internal Auditor He has done his Masters in Business Management from the Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad and Masters in Psychology from Institute for Psychotherapy and Management Sciences, Mumbai. He also holds diploma in translation studies and television production and pursued certificate courses in devotional studies and depository operations. He has attended various training programs adding his professional qualification.

Ram Mohan had 4 years of experience in Indian Bank Training System of which two years at corporate training college Chennai, and two years as faculty in charge at Staff training center Vijayawada. He worked across cities like Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai. Ram Mohan delivered guest lectures for institutions like National Housing Bank, Vignan University, A.P Productivity Council, Andhra Bank, Karur Vysya Bank and various management colleges.

Ram Mohan is now part of Lead India Foundation and rendering his service to the nation as advisory committee Member & as a professional trainer.
