Aap Bado, Desh Ko Badhawoo – Two-Day Human Transformative Program

Lead India Foundation, in association with TRSMA, successfully conducted the Aap Bado Desh Ko Badhawoo (ABDB) two-day human transformation program at Flair IIT & Olympiad Residential High School, Bhainsa Road, Sirgapur, Nirmal, from 4–5 December 2025.

Purpose of the Program
In today’s competitive education landscape, academic excellence alone is not enough. ABDB is designed to build disciplined, value-driven, confident students with strong emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and clarity of purpose—key factors that improve student retention, school reputation, and parent trust.


Values & Skill Sets Trained
A total of 394 students (285 boys & 109 girls) underwent immersive sessions covering:Ice Breaking, Global Skills, Physical Development, Social Development

These modules helped students connect learning with life, culture, discipline, and responsibility.

Student Engagement & Feedback
Students actively participated with enthusiasm and openness. Many displayed improved confidence, clearer communication, emotional maturity, and goal-setting behaviour. The sessions created a positive classroom atmosphere, encouraging self-reflection and respectful interaction.
