Lead India successfully conducted a focused session on “Corporate Readiness for Finance Students” on 28th March 2026 at ICBM–School of Business Excellence. The session was designed to bridge the critical gap between academic learning and real-world corporate expectations in the finance domain.
The session was led by Mr. Raghu Mamillapalle, who brought practical corporate insights to the classroom.
The initiative was coordinated by Rayala Venkata PeddiRaju Manager LeadIndia.
While academic programs build foundational knowledge, students often face challenges in translating that knowledge into corporate performance. This session addressed that gap by equipping students with clarity on industry expectations, professional behavior, and employability skills essential for finance careers.
