Lead India – National Vision & Human Values Initiative Transforming Young Minds for Viksit Bharat

Inspired by the vision of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, Lead India Foundation continues its mission of building a value-driven and developed India through youth empowerment, human values education, leadership development, and nation-building initiatives. Through the flagship ABDB – Aap Bhado, Desh Ko Bhadao program, Lead India focuses on strengthening confidence, discipline, employability readiness, patriotism, and responsible citizenship among students and youth.

On 16 April 2026, Dr. N.B. Sudershan Acharya Lead India, Human Values Transformer and Founder of Lead India Foundation, had the honour of meeting Smt. A. Vani Prasad IAS, representing Youth Development, Culture & Heritage initiatives Telangana, and formally submitted a proposal to integrate Lead India’s flagship ABDB program into youth development and cultural transformation activities.

The meeting highlighted the importance of nurturing socially responsible, emotionally strong, and value-based youth capable of contributing towards the vision of Telangana Rising 2047. Dr. Acharya shared Lead India Foundation’s long-term mission of combining human values, leadership skills, employability training, and cultural awareness to prepare future generations for meaningful national contribution.

The proposal focused on:
• Human values and leadership development among youth
• Emotional wellbeing and life-skills education
• Strengthening cultural roots and national responsibility
• Building employability readiness with ethical foundations
• Creating socially conscious and disciplined young citizens

Smt. A. Vani Prasad IAS responded positively to the initiative and appreciated the vision and social impact created by Lead India Foundation through its transformational programs across educational institutions and communities.
The meeting was also attended by Sri S.N. Reddy, TRSMA President, and Karanam Sandhya ram, who extended their support towards expanding the reach of Lead India programs among educational institutions and youth networks.
