“Today, I speak to you not as a CEO, but as a proud member of Lead India Foundation, carrying a burning dream for our nation’s future. Our freedom was won through courage, unity, and sacrifice. Now, our responsibility is to build a nation worthy of the dreams of those who laid down their lives for us.
The key to this vision lies in our youth. Between the ages of 11 and 22, young people form their values, vision, and character. If we shape them now, they will shape India tomorrow. Lead India’s Life Skills Training transforms ordinary students into responsible leaders, creators, and change-makers. This is not just training — this is nation building.
Like my company, I call upon other companies to invest their CSR funds in schools and colleges. I call upon schools and colleges to open their doors to Lead India mentors. I call upon successful citizens and corporate employees to step forward as mentors and inspire our youth.”
