At Sunshine Grammar High School, Taranagar, Hyderabad, students from Classes 6th to 10th had the privilege of attending a transformative session on “Developing Self-Motivation & Direction”, delivered by Mr. Matikonda Ravindra Rao, Retd. IAF Officer and an inspiring youth mentor, on 13th August 2025 (10 AM – 12 PM).
🎯 Purpose of the Session
In today’s fast-paced, distraction-filled world, students often depend on external factors for motivation. This session was designed to:
Instill self-motivation to take ownership of learning and growth.
Help identify personal strengths, passions, and aspirations.
Provide tools to build a focused life plan aligned with purpose.
Teach resilience and perseverance to remain committed despite challenges.
