The 4-hour session was led by Raghu Mamillapalle, with 45 MBA Finance students actively participating, supported by Lead India Volunteer – Venkata Rajasekhar Kandula
🎯 Session Objective
To increase employability by aligning academic learning with real corporate expectations, industry demand, and practical skill requirements.
Students explored multiple finance career pathways across Banking, Accounting, Investments, Research, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, FinTech, and emerging sectors. The session focused on role expectations, skill gaps, growth roadmaps, and mastering real-world tools such as Excel, Power BI, analytics platforms, programming basics, communication tools, and domain-specific software.
