Lead India | Interview Skills Workshop – Building Confidence Beyond Academics

On 24 January 2026, Lead India conducted an Interview Skills & Career Readiness Workshop at ICBM – School of Business Excellence, Hyderabad, focused on helping MBA students face real-world interviews with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.

The session was led by Raghu Mamillapalle, supported by Lead India Coordinator – Jyothi Florence Bandugula with volunteer assistance from Venkata Rajasekhar Kandula and Sai Kumar V.

🎯 Purpose
To bridge the gap between academic learning and corporate interview expectations. While students are academically prepared, interviews demand structured thinking, communication clarity, confidence, and industry awareness. The session addressed these gaps through practical guidance.
