🌅 Day 1: Igniting the Flame of Purpose
The day began with Lighting of the Lamp, Flag Hoisting, and Vandemataram, symbolizing knowledge and unity.🧭 Rayala Peddi Raju Rayala VenkataPeddiRaju opened the workshop with powerful insights on the vision and purpose of the training, setting a tone of discipline and dedication.
🤝 Trainers and participants introduced themselves, breaking barriers and building strong bonds of collaboration.
🔥 Kondal led an energizing ice-breaking session, sparking openness and teamwork the foundation of leadership.
🌍 Dr. N.B. Sudarshan Acharya Acharya Lead India shared reflections on the Lead India Mission, emphasizing self-leadership and service to the nation. His words resonated: “Leadership is not a position; it’s a purpose.”
🇮🇳 Narsimha Sai inspired with insights on India’s glorious past and Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam’s vision for a developed India by 2047.
🎯 Kondal Puli guided participants through Life Vision building — aligning personal aspirations with national progress.
🌐 Jyothi Bandugula led a session on Global Skills, highlighting ten essential competencies — leadership, communication, innovation, teamwork, and more — needed for 21st-century youth.
💬 An interactive dialogue followed with Dr. Acharya and mentors, creating a space for shared learning and reflection.
🍛 In a heartwarming gesture, Dr. Acharya Acharya Lead India personally served a delicious lunch to all trainers — embodying servant leadership through care and humility.
🎵 The day concluded with Jana Gana Mana, filling hearts with patriotism and purpose.
