Lead India Foundation Session at Pallavi Engineering College

The Invitation & Prestige of the InstituPallavi Engineering College, Hyderabad—an UGC Autonomous institution, accredited by NBA and NAAC with ‘A’ Grade, approved by AICTE, affiliated to JNTUH, and ISO certified—extended a warm invitation to Prof. Dr. N. Sudershan Acharya, Founder & Executive Chairman, Lead India Foundation.

The occasion was the I-B.Tech Induction Program on 22nd August 2025 at 9:30 AM.

With over 3 decades of excellence through Pallavi Group of Institutions—5 DPS Schools, 13 Pallavi International and Model Schools, and one Engineering & Degree College—the institution has established itself as a true pioneer in shaping young minds.

The Transformational Session

Prof. Acharya delivered his powerful and signature training program:“I Lead India Mission 2047 – Aap Badho, Desh Ko Badhao”.

For 1 hour 25 minutes, students were guided through the importance of personal goal setting and aligning it with national goals. The message was clear—Mission 2047, India’s centenary of independence, will only be realized if today’s youth commit themselves to values, vision, and responsibility.

Student Impact – Beyond Academics

The session mesmerized the young audience. Students experienced a paradigm shift—from academic book knowledge to inner wisdom and self-discovery. They resonated deeply with Prof. Acharya’s call that nation-building begins with self-leadership.

The hall echoed with energy, reflection, and a newfound clarity among participants about their role in shaping India’s future.

Voices of Inspiration – Guest Speakers

•Ms. Jyothi Bandugula, An exinfoscian who worked as a Tech Lead chose to step away from her career to take care of her family, as she believed that it was her moral responsibility to be there for them and instill strong values and ethics. She believes family is the foundation of society, and that the change we wish to see in the world must first begin from us. She uplifted students with a motivational talk, encouraging them to face challenges with courage and confidence.

• Mr. Narasimha Sai, Retd. Asst General Manager, Dalmia Cement after retirement he chosen his time to transform next generation to national asset. He delivered an excellent speech and further carried the mission’s spirit through the Lead India Song, spreading the Foundation’s core message in a heartfelt and musical way.

Mr. Rayala Venkata Peddiraju Manager, Lead India Foundation, delivered an inspirational address on women empowerment. He highlighted the critical role of female students in Mission 2047, urging them to study with dedication and prepare themselves to lead India into the future as empowered changemakers.

Felicitation Ceremony

The session concluded with a touching moment as Prof. Acharya was felicitated by Principal Dr. M. B. Raju, HOD Dr. Naveen Kumar, and the management staff. Their gesture symbolized appreciation for his relentless efforts in igniting young minds and promoting national leadership values.
